FREDERICK MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

I would like to say thank you for such a wonderful presentation yesterday!!  I really enjoyed everything you had to say and the methods you used to get your message across.  I particularly liked your focus on putting the human factor back into caring for patients, especially for those with memory loss!  I am very fortunate to have had this opportunity to learn from you, thank you.

Diana is a wonderful and dynamic speaker!  It is obvious she has a passion for what she does and she holds the audience’s attention throughout her presentations.  She really makes you think about what we are doing in long term care.  She brings great energy and motivation when presenting.  From a meeting planner’s standpoint, she listens to the identified needs and tailors her programming to meet your expectations.  She is easy to work with and flexible.  Our participants truly enjoy her!  We will definitely utilize Diana again in the future!

From the minute we began talking on the phone, to the minute we met at the hotel, I truly was impressed with your professionalism and your friendliness.  Your passion and your dedication to improving care for residents is so wonderful!  Your stories and your insight into the aging process needs to be heard by all long term staff and family members as well.  You have a great style of teaching and I hope you will continue with your message for years to come.
