Virginia Health Care Association:
"On behalf of the members of the Virginia Health Care Association, thank you for the opportunity to work together to provide one of the most well received programs we have ever offered to our members. Your program provided a full-day of information and stimulation on managing challenging behaviors in long term care. The comments on evaluations were overwhelmingly positive. Some of these included descriptions such as awesome, WONDERFUL!!, engaging and thought provoking, quickest 5-hour day, great presenter with lots of humor to keep you interested, enjoyed program immensely, and one of the best seminars I've been to.
It was gratifying to us that we identified someone with such dynamic presentation skills to bring to Richmond to share her talent and expertise. Again we thank you and look forward to future opportunities to work together. Based on the appreciation expressed by participants who were at the program we may have to rent a Coliseum to accommodate everyone the next time we advertise a program featuring Diana Waugh!"

SDHCA/ADALA:
Your sessions on "All the King's Men - Falls Mitigation" were well received by our attendees. As many of our attendees wrote on their evaluations "Waugh Was Great!" As meeting planner, I need to commend you for your professionalism in presenting at such an extremely emotional time. Your presentations following the 911 terrorist attacks, were presented with enthusiasm, great knowledge base, but also an emotional understanding of the circumstances facing the attendees. You did a great job! Thanks.

OHCA:
When I grow up I hope to be just like her. I respect her and treasure her advice. She is a great proponent of the industry and our care givers. Diana has been an active member of OHCA for so many years I can't count them all. But she's more than just that. I can't put my finger on it but I am here to tell you that she is the BEST! She's one of those speakers that you look forward to having dinner with...or driving around the state.
She has also been involved in education as a planner just like us. I can't tell you how delightful it is to work with her and how much the attendees love her as a speaker. I have used her at programs for activity directors, nurses, social workers and administrators. They all love her and can't wait for the next program.

NYSHFA:
Diana Waugh is a dynamic, fun and insightful speaker who has a true understanding of her subject matter. She delivers her presentation with enthusiasm which ultimately makes the session a very enjoyable experience. From the meeting planners perspective she is on time with her handouts and logistic information. She also has the one quality that meeting planners love - - - flexibility.

HFAM:
Diana's presentation regarding recruitment and retention (Get 'Em and Keep 'Em) actually dealt with reality, the focus on GNA's was positive and creative. Diana was very easy to work with, was flexible in her travel arrangements and scheduling of presentations. We will definitely invite her back. Diana uses unique, common sense information in her presentations.

Your presentations are wonderful because they are useful to staff with or without a clinical background. Since attending your program in NY a few years ago, I have had many opportunities to apply the information you provided through the LTC Ombudsman program and in my work with DOH. I appreciate your ability to convert your research and experience into realistic and easy to implement strategies. In addition to providing common sense approaches to the nursing process, the strategies you offer help us demonstrate our respect for all residents as individuals.
