On behalf of the members of the Virginia Health Care Association, thank you for the opportunity to work together to provide one of the most well received programs we have ever offered to our members. Your program provided a full-day of information and stimulation on managing challenging behaviors in long term care. The comments on evaluations were overwhelmingly positive. Some of these included descriptions such as awesome, WONDERFUL!!, engaging and thought provoking, quickest 5-hour day, great presenter with lots of humor to keep you interested, enjoyed program immensely, and one of the best seminars I've been to. It was gratifying to us that we identified someone with such dynamic presentation skills to bring to Richmond to share her talent and expertise.
