Staying Calm

Finding yourself getting anxious when talking with a loved one with short-term memory loss? They quickly pick up your feelings and can also become anxious. Staying calm as you recall a good long-term memory is often just what is needed. See if this tip might not be the key.

RURAL DEMENTIA CARE PARTNER PROJECT CONTINUES…
University of California San Fransisco has a federal government grant for this workshop which is for family and friends who care for people with memory loss and live in a rural or farming community or in smaller towns. Participants will receive up to $80 in cash for completing four surveys ($20 per survey). Zoom and video are not required to participate.
